The firm offers a full range of legal services, primarily in the areas of Estate Planning and matters of General Litigation; specific Areas of Practice can be found at right. All matters are handled personally by the attorney; there are no secretaries, paralegals, or junior associates to go through to get your questions answered. Brian does not handle bankruptcy, social security disability, worker’s compensation claims, or intellectual property matters. But if Brian cannot handle your case as outside his areas of expertise, it is often possible for him to help you find someone who can. The first consultation is always free!
