Twilight Tour
Enjoy Holiday Cheer At Twilight Tour
December 1, 2007 4:00-8:00pm
On Dec. 1, the downtown streets of Brevard will be transformed into a magical world of holiday cheer during the Heart of Brevard's 20th Annual Twilight Tour.
The sidewalks will glow in the light of 1000 luminaries, and school children and community choir musicians will gather at the courthouse gazebo to fill the evening air with holiday song. You'll be able to roast your own marshmallows for making s' mores.
Take your chances in the Candy Cane Trail, a maze made up of Christmas Trees provided by Devon McCall of Shoal Creek Christmas Tree Farm.

Rosman High School FCCLA will run this event, in order to obtain funds to send local soldiers that are over seas, care packages. Come help them raise money for "Treats for Troops!"
Sharing House Trailer: bring to the parade your canned goods donations. Elected officials will be walking alongside the trailer to collect from the crowds.
After the parade, trailer will be parked in front of Brevard Antique Mall for further donations.

This year's festival, with premier sponsor Steve Own & Associates, will feature a thrilling new wintertime adventure for children, an ice slide created by Masterpiece Ice Sculptures.
There will also be ornament making and cookie decorating, and of course, the long-awaited visit with Santa Claus.
For adults, the Merchant Open House offers a unique and wonderful holiday shopping opportunity. The retail stores will offer special discounts, refreshments and entertainment. And the Mistletoe Market is the perfect place to find a Transylvania Christmas tree, wreath or garland.
Another first this year will be the Heart of Brevard's live web cam, which will broadcast the Christmas Parade and Twilight Tour on the Heart of Brevard's web site. That way, people who are unable to attend can log on to the web site to see how much fun they're missing.
